Many of her suggested requirements elicitation strategies are quite complex and would require a high degree of expertise in facilitation.
Many of them have gone through some motions regarding requirements as if they were sleepworking. New facilitators can use this book to get them up to speed and become more effective in less time.

Ellen’s approach is solid and this is a great source book. Not only are their requirements more effectively defined through this collaboration, but collaboratio foundation is laid for good teamwork throughout the entire project.
