If you have an Acrobat question, ask questions and get help from one of our experts. Your a star, thank you so much tjpeable that!!
Just a quick concern though; if i wanted to distribute the form through the program and not manually send it out, will it still enable the recipient to save the content?
And will it still collate once returned, or savee it have to be manually done?
Merlin, the Save Feature doesn’t work in Reader saave or older. You’ve been able to add Extended Features for certain things since version 7, but I was referring to Save, specifically for Form Data. I don’t understand what “Save” feature you’re talking about… Reader 1 to 9 cannot save.
Reader 10 can save comments only, but not on forms. Did I mess something? Please, be lenient since english is not my native language Merlin, Acrobat 9 was the version that allowed the creator of a PDF to enable the Save button for people who only have the Free Reader when filling out PDF forms, this is especially important. From the help documentation it may allow saving in Reader 8 also, but I don’t have a copy to test ttpeable and Adobe is ending support for Acrobat 8.

This is a nice thing to enable for people who only have the Free Reader. It was a HUGE feature request. Thank you for testing and for typeagle follow up. I need to dig up some old copies myself and try it out.
